When you use a public form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals strictly necessary to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. It does not receive the contents of your form entries. The marketing site does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.

As a provider of mortgage services, Arete is a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those who need it to provide products or services to you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect that information. Where required, we will provide you with a separate GLBA privacy notice describing our information-sharing practices and any right you may have to limit certain sharing.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Controls
The public marketing site does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or nonessential cookies. The site itself sets no cookies and stores no information in your browser. Our hosting provider necessarily processes limited technical request data to deliver the pages and protect the service.
Cloudflare Turnstile loads only on our public form pages as an essential security control. It is used to prevent automated abuse, not for advertising, cross-site tracking, or visitor analytics. Because it is necessary to protect form submissions, it is not disabled by Global Privacy Control.
We honor a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Because no nonessential analytics or advertising technology loads today, there is nothing additional to disable when that signal is present. If we add nonessential technology in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Notice before it is put into use and keep it behind that privacy control.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to review or update the personal information you have provided, or to ask questions about how your information is handled. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links
