What the website uses today
The Arete Mortgage Solutions public marketing site does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or nonessential cookies. Arete itself sets no cookies and stores no information in your browser. Our hosting provider necessarily processes limited technical request data to deliver the pages and protect the service.
Essential form security
Our public form pages use Cloudflare Turnstile as an essential security control to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals needed for that purpose and does not receive the contents of your form entries. We do not use it for advertising, cross-site tracking, or visitor analytics.
Global Privacy Control
We honor a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Because no nonessential analytics or advertising technology loads today, there is nothing additional to disable when that signal is present. Essential security controls such as Turnstile remain active to protect our forms. This is a privacy preference, not a substitute for the safeguards that apply to information you provide through our forms or in connection with mortgage services.
Your choices
You can use your browser settings to manage cookies and other local browser storage. Because Arete sets no cookies and uses no nonessential tracking technology, there is no cookie-consent banner to dismiss or manage.
Changes to this notice
If Arete adds visitor analytics, advertising, or another nonessential technology, we will update this notice and the Privacy Policy before that change is put into use.
